With the development of the world rapidly today, the logistics service pattern in hospital should transform from extensive to elaborate and towards normative administration. The key of management of the process and information is based on increasing efficiency, reducing operation cost and monitoring whole process.The problem above is researched by this paper, the operation system is adopted the structure of Client/Serve. We make use of Power Builder 8.0 as the tool of Client-end and the digital memory system with a large scale database Oracle 9i. We apply new logistics operation with the processing system for service in hospital to set up the warning system for processing. The processing for logistics service is joined by several subsystem in hospital. We should share with all sorts of resources of management in logistics,maintenance and serving for patients. And we use bar code 128 in biological specimen test.The elements of the process for logistics service is based on its standardization, we researched and discussed about it in order to elaboration and practicability for the process in our hospital.Based on the operation of information and logistics, we apply the process for logistics service with HIS and carry out the responsibility with various departments to avoid all kinds of errors, provide logistics support to all kinds of medical services for the standardization and play a part in solving the difficulties to see doctor and expensive .
