Design And Implementation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Network Training System

Inseparable from the rapid development of enterprises to enhance the professional quality of staff,and some of the opportunities to improve the quality of the staff is inseparable from the enterprise to provide training to Test Itemss to learn at things in the environment,the establishment of an online learning platform for training in the enterprise is very important,not only allows Test Itemss can learn all the time,it can also improve the competitive level of the company.In this paper,Test Items training management information system as the background to meet the development needs of most small and medium enterprises for the purpose of software development using C #,MVC design patterns and UML modeling techniques to design and do the work to achieve the following main aspects:First,the needs of SMEs for staff training management system were analyzed,the business processes were normalized,and through its decomposition,to give the functional requirements of the system,including: system management,user management,curriculum management,training management and test management,and according to the network operating environment for SMEs,the demand for non-functional aspects of the system to be a formal specification;secondly,according to the application environment for SMEs,the system software architecture,network architecture design,etc.,according to the results of the needs analysis,functional architecture of the system design,the system uses a three-tier architecture ASP.NET design idea,the whole system is divided into different modules and levels to design and implementation of the system is divided into three levels,namely the data layer,business logic and presentation layer,by this design,improved maintainability and flexibility of the system.Finally,the use of easy to understand C # language to achieve specific functions.The system has been operational use in several pilot enterprises,research and development of the system to break the shortcomings of traditional learning by time and place restrictions,enabling Test Itemss to conduct business anytime,anywhere knowledge.After the completion of training and study,the need for Test Itemss to have a learning situation is detected,the system can randomly generate test papers,and can achieve automatic scoring of objective questions and the like.SMEs to enhance thequality of staff,strengthen SMEs talents strategic allocation and planning.
