In this contemporary society,information society develops very rapidly,so the computer science has expanded into different aspects of social and economic life.The video monitoring technology based on computer and network has also been adopted by more and more media enterprises.As the production and transmission unit of TV programs,it is very important for TV stations to realize the safe transmission of information and images.It can be said that no TV station will ignoretransmission security problems,concerning video signals.So as to make sure that the program signals broadcast to each user are accurate and correct,the TV station monitors every link and node in the signal transmission chain to achieve the safe transmission of signals.This research takes a television station's actual demand as the starting point,constructs a video signal transmission monitor system,and carries on the detailed design and the realization.The development language used in this paper is Java language.The development technology includes J2 EE technology,MVC design technology and B/S structure,and software is designed and developed under this framework.First,it analyzes the research status of the field at home and abroad,analyzes the video signal transmission monitoring technology related to the realization of the system.Firstly,the research status in this field is analyzed,and the signal monitoring system is analyzed in detail.At the same time,the existing processes and functions of the system are sorted out,so as to complete the overall structure and functional module design of the monitoring system.The system design mainly includes11 sub-sub-modules,for example,the key interface module module,hardware device module,channel classification module,matrix configuration module,etc.Finally,combined with the design of the above-mentioned functional modules,the monitoring system is tested accordingly.picture browsing and display of video images,monitoring accuracy of video and audio content,network transmission performance,alarm system as well as the management system.The system can run safely and steadily.Through the trial operation of the system,the television station can monitor the transmission of the video signal for 24 hours a day.Under the supervision of this system,if the interface shows abnormal,the system can immediately alert the relevant staff todeal with the problem.At the same time,the system will also provide necessary information for it,and then effectively deal with the anomalies found,improve the efficiency of video signal fault resolution,and reduce the probability of false alarm.
