With the continuous development of science and technology,radio and television transmission and transmission technology has made great progress.Radio and television monitoring is an indispensable part of the development of radio and television transmission and transmission technology,and also an important technical guarantee for the safe broadcast of radio and television.Therefore,the station units put forward the requirements of "uninterrupted,high-quality,economical and safe" for the safe broadcasting of radio and television.However,for a long time,the signal monitoring work of the unit has been manual monitoring and recording,which is heavy workload,complex monitoring and difficult to meet the current requirements of the unit.In view of the above problems,the author designed and implemented a set of automatic recording,conversion,monitoring and alarm system for transmission signals,thus improving the working efficiency.This paper is based on solving the problem of artificial monitoring of audio and video signals in radio and television transmitting stations.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the system,uses the object-oriented programming method and UML modeling method to analyze the requirements of the system,and obtains the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system combined with the actual operation and maintenance environment.According to the system requirement analysis,the system structure design,network topology design and function module design are completed,and the database table and field structure are designed according to the entity diagram of the system.After the completion of the system design,each functional module is coded.The hardware is responsible for the high-speed sampling and unified transcoding storage of the signal.According to the actual situation of the station signal source,the embedded audio and video acquisition card is used for the three formats of the current station(such as IP,RF,ASI And then,TS over IP technology is used to transform the pre-processing of demodulated signal transcoding into a unified IP frame package format,which is convenient for computer software to monitor,analyze and process the signal data,so as to finally solve the problem of automatic monitoring and alarm of audio and video signals.The system is designed based on the needs of Guangxi Radio and television Yulin 244 station.The test shows that the system function basically meets the management requirements of the station,the structure design is reasonable,the system operation is stable,and the expected effect is achieved.The application of the system not only reduces the labor intensity of the watchman,but also effectively guarantees the safe broadcast.It has reference significance for further research on the automatic signal monitoring of radio and television wireless transmitting stations.
