Research On Guidance Strategy Of Network Public Opinion For Accident And Disaster Emergencies

Accident and disaster emergencies are a specific type of emergencies,which often result in catastrophic consequences and serious loss of personnel and property,and form a huge wave of network public opinion.At this time,if the guidance is not good,it will easily intensify social contradictions and trigger a crisis of social trust.Therefore,we should study the guidance strategy of network public opinion of accident and disaster emergencies in order to guide the network.The healthy development of network public opinion.In the first chapter of this paper,the introduction part elaborates the background and significance of this study,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad;in the second chapter,it elaborates the theoretical basis and related concepts;in the third chapter,it summarizes and summarizes the current situation of the network public opinion guidance of the Chongqing bus crash in2018,and selects the similar cases in 2018.Through comparative study,we can show the overall guidance status of network public opinion for accident and disaster emergencies;Chapter IV,based on the current situation,discusses the negative factors and corresponding perspectives in the guidance of network public opinion through questionnaire survey,hoping to summarize the problems and corresponding perspectives in the guidance through data analysis;Chapter V,summarizes the problems and corresponding perspectives in the guidance.Aiming at the problem of network public opinion guidance proposed in the previous article,from the perspective of government,network media and netizens,this paper puts forward the strategies of network public opinion guidance,including: the government should construct the early warning mechanism of network public opinion,the network media should establish rumor response mechanism,and the netizens should receive media literacy education.On the basis of Steven Fink's four-stage theory of crisis communication,this paper firstly carries out a stage analysis of the formation process of network public opinion in Chongqing bus crash incident through case analysis,and then summarizes the characteristics of network public opinion guidance in this event in a small way.Secondly,this paper uses comparative research method andquestionnaire survey method,through the same type of public opinion.The comparative study of emergencies and the analysis of questionnaire data can analyze the overall situation of network public opinion guidance of emergencies of accident and disaster,avoid the problem that single case can not reflect the overall situation,and ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the study.
