This theme of this article is microblog guidance for public opinion inemergencies.This theme to carry out the role and impact through the generation anddevelopment of the microblog. I believe that microblog imformation is a double-edgedsword for emergencies in public opinion, microblog has low barriers to entry,imformation spreading fast and publish information convenience,this determinedmicroblog emergencies become the most convenient and the most open platform, atthe same time may cause flooding and a hotbed for o rumors, so make good use ofmicroblog may promote public opinion towards healthy emergencies and the favorabledevelopment. At contrary may cause disastrous consequences. The article focused onmicroblog’s guidance caused difficulties,to improve the strategies to solve thisproblem.This chapter are four parts:In the introduction, including research background and content, the significanceof the topic, innovation and literature review. Account of the author’s intention ofwriting ideas and research difficulties.First chapter, the writer use of four theories,such as the "gatekeeper" theory ofcommunication, agenda setting theory, two communication theory, theory microblogopinion flocks. Combined them with analysis microblog for analysis microblog how tooccur and spred.The second chapter,the writer studied the feature of the microblog’s guidance forpublic opinon, researched that microblog’ guidance for public opinon has extremerhetoric and crisis, its necessary to guid it.Chapter III, the author analyzes the characteristics of microblog opinion and itsboot feature provides information on the microblog, microblog opinion to guideexplained the function and impact of, well the difficulties presented in the fourthchapter bedding, microblog by analyzing a glance guide public opinion in emergenciesand difficult.Finally, The author study this issue with the methods of combining theory andpractice. Except reading a mass of public opinion books, the author does the researchby the means of firsthand experience, and tracking the Microblog emergency events.The author analyses and unscrambles evolution of Microblog public opinion guidance, its features, and influences, etc, and realizes that Microblog public opinion guidance isstill facing many challenges, such as the difficulty of controlling contents, thechallenge of "Agenda Setting" by netizen group, and the problems of the substantialresults of solving emergencies, and so on. Lastly the author offers4specificsuggestions, which are respectively from the point of traditional media, thegovernment, Microblog operators, Microbloggers.
