Thailand Online Travel Booking Operator Management Research From Accommodation Provider Perspective

With the development of the Internet and the gradual maturity of mobile application technology,more and more people begin to arrange travel related matters online.The online travel comes into being,forming the industrial chain of online travel.A major element of travel,accommodation,has also gradually become a provider of accommodation,accommodation and other competing markets.For accommodation providers,how to choose the appropriate online travel operators,so as to achieve successful online marketing is a very important issue.And accommodation online reservation service as one of the hot spots in the research of online travel function and service has also attracted the attention of many scholars.This article first elaborates on the Internet's promotion to the travel industry and the actual background of online travel services and online travel booking services,and confirms the purpose of this study and the research objectives.Thus developed the research method and research route.Furthermore,the definition,types,development status,and research status of online travel,online travel booking,and online travel booking operators are combed,and relevant theories are interpreted.Then,a summary of the documentation of online travel booking operator evaluations and online travel bookings by domestic and foreign scholars was summarized.It is found that regardless of China or Thailand,there is a lack of research on the management of line travel booking operators,and it is even more seldom studied from the perspective of accommodation providers.However,this exploration is very necessary.On this basis,the paper explains the research methods of this paper from shallow and deep,and briefly describes the current status of line travel booking in China and Thailand and the status of line travel booking operator management.Through the detailed description of the development of the travel industry in Thailand,the innovation and necessity of this study are reflected.In the latter part of the article,the scheme of line travel booking operator management was designed mainly from the perspective of accommodation providers,and from the perspective of line travel booking operators,an improvement plan suited to its development was designed.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference during the operation of on-line travel reservation operator management and line travel reservation operator operations.That is,for an accommodation provider,they can help them to manage online travel reservation operators efficiently and at a low cost;and for online travel reservationoperators,they can improve their own functions and businesses according to the accommodation provider's management plan..This study not only has an important role and impact on Thailand's online tourism industry,but also provides guidance and assistance to Thailand's similar tourism countries.The last article summarized the innovations and deficiencies.
