| Blog is a typical outcome of internet which goes into web2.0 period. Blog, namely WebBlog ,is a publication method which can express consciousness and web link, its content is arrayed by time sequence and renewed continuously. In the past few years, as the number of blog increased rapidly, Blog Service Provider raised under the opportunity of this tendency and provided service and support for blog users to participate in reading and writing without technology impediment.At the present time, the trade union and theory horizon care most about market extend and profit model of blog, but there are still many problems to cause concern. For example, if the blog web is better when its classification is more meticulous and when its speciality is more powerful. If the existing blog can be called a new kind of media. And if bloggers will pay for BSP's special service. For these reasons above, establishing scientific and systemic evaluation system of BSP target is a necessary premise for blog to develop continuously and healthily.Firstly, Reviewing correlational research of blogs and BSP in our country, compared Chinese BSP with American BSP, and analyzed the merits and demerits of the evaluation indicator system and methods which are related to network information resource, then, the evaluation indicator of BSP information resource is determined in connection with the features of Blog and BSP. In the blog users and viewers'point of view, combined Delphi and Numeral Statistic method, finally the evaluation indicator system of BSP information resource is determined. After that, Applying FAHP to the indicator system, an evaluation process which is applicable for the evaluation indicator system of BSP information resource is built. Secondly, five domestic typical BSP is selected (such as Q-ZONE, Sina blog, NetEase blog, BlogBus, Skyline blog)as samples to evaluate and analyze, and came to five conclusions of BSP evaluation. The conclusions will provide suggestions for the construction of BSP information resource in our country. The study showed that the evaluation indicator system and methods of BSP information resource which were built in this paper are feasible and applicable. At the same time, considering that after evaluation with various devices and criterion, BSP will get a healthy and favorable development. |
