The new campus of Nankai University is located in a more remote area far from the center of the city.It covers a wide area,is scattered,is densely populated,and has close links with the outside world.It outsources and socializes institutions such as accommodation,catering,cleaning,security,and drinking water.There are also many factors that make it unsafe.The traditional security technology is limited by the conditions of detection accuracy,transmission distance,linkage control and so on,and it is not suitable for campus security management.Building a smart network highdefinition video monitoring system,incorporating the latest digital optical sensing,intelligent analysis,cloud computing and other technologies,is very necessary to improve the campus' s safe operation.This paper first puts forward the significance of the background of the topic selection,combs the development process and the recent mainstream application of video surveillance industry at home and abroad,and determines the future development trend of the high level and intelligence of the monitoring system.Then the composition and technical principle of the video security system are expounded,and the specific needs analysis is made according to the actual situation of the campus,and the pain points of campus security prevention are summarized,as well as the problems that need to be solved and the goals to be achieved.In the optimization design part,the feasibility analysis and comparative advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream technology of each component of the monitoring system are first carried out,and the overall ideas of modular combination and integrated management are determined.Then,the front end,transmission,storage and control parts are optimized in detail.Among them,the HD image acquisition front end with intelligent analysis function is used to fully ensure the quality and picture definition of the front end image acquisition.Using H.265 encoding technology,the transmission stream is greatly reduced;By using IP technology,the monitoring network provides an adequate bandwidth environment,which solves the problem of wide distribution of detection points and difficulty of wiring transmission.The creative application of cloud computing technology to video storage has greatly improved the security and efficiency of video data storage;The use of video integrated processor to monitor the center of the coding,Matrix,large screen switching and other equipment save,while saving investment,so that the system's handling more concise.Finally,we conclude that the optimized.Next,according to the system architecture,the main equipment of the monitoring system is selected.The hardware and software are in accordance with the national and industry standards and have good openness.Finally,according to SDK technology,software development program was written,a set of security visual management platform was set up,and the monitoring system and alarm,access control,parking and other subsystems were centralized management and linkage control.In chapter 6,the software platform is tested and the BUG repair is completed.After the whole system is installed and debugged,the scene video picture is clear and smooth,the data storage is safe,the software interface is simple and clear,the operation is simple,and the system control is stable and reliable.
