Research On Business Process Optimization Of T Company Based On YAWL

With the rapid development of construction machinery manufacturing,the demand for spare parts for machinery and equipment is increasing.the efficiency and cost of business process operation play an important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.The business process optimization can not only reduce the cost of business operations,improve work efficiency,and can shorten the production and delivery cycles.Process optimization management is a gradual and continuous work.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign business process management,this paper adopts the method of ECRS optimization and the workflow software YAWL4.1 to optimize the business process of T company.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,The paper analyzes the research status,optimization steps and main methods of business process optimization both at home and abroad.It also introduces the application process and workflow software of system simulation theory and YAWL to determine the method to optimize the business process of T company.Secondly,taking T company as the research background,the paper analyzes its business process to find out the key business processes,respectively models and analyzes the order processing flow,production plan execution flow,product delivery flow and after-sales service flow.Then,Analyze the problems in key business processes and apply ECRS principles to optimize them initially and establish an optimized business process model.Finally,using the workflow software YAWL4.1 to run the business process before and after the improvement.Simulation and analysis of the results are carried out.The process,events,functional operations and related departments' statistical data before and after optimization are compared and analyzed,so as to further optimize the process and the optimization process of the evaluation process.
