| As a leading multinational company in China,ZTE's international operation has been paid much attention in the communication industry.However,with the influence of the US sanction,ZTE's international operation has suffered a lot.In the context of this new environment,ZTE has recognized the advantages and disadvantages of itself,and has actively adjusted its international operation strategies according to the actual situation to meet the challenge.Firstly,this thesis has briefly introduced the general situation of ZTE's international operation,including its operation environment,development history,current status and the process of US sanctions in 2018.At the same time,the thesis has analyzed and summarized the objectives and strategies of ZTE's international operation.Then the thesis has collected the relevant data about ZTE's international operation in the past five years,and has established a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on three primary indicators: operating efficiency,R&D intensity and internationalization degree,which can clearly reflect the performance of international operation,and eight relevant secondary indicators: year-on-year growth rate of operating income,year-on-year growth rate of operating profit,current assets ratio,domestic market competitiveness,R&D personnel investment ratio,R&D funds investment ratio,international market share and overseas business revenue ratio.After taking into account of the impacts of US sanction,the performance of ZTE's international operation has been measured and evaluated on the model.By comparing the performance measurement data of the past five years,the thesis has analyzed and summarized the impacts of US sanction from the perspectives of operating efficiency,R&D intensity and internationalization degree.At last,this thesis has described the adjustment of ZTE's international operation strategies with the influence of US sanction and the enlightenment for Chinese enterprises.It can be found through the data comparison that ZTE has adjusted its overseas target market,and has further increased its R&D investment and strengthened its compliance control. |
