Social media(Social media)has become the mainstream of the current social Internet applications,and has gradually changed the way people interconnecting.With the popularity of mobile devices,social media types extend to all aspects of life.The coverage of social media users is high,and their usage is growing rapidly.Social media has some functions that previous information technology does not possess,such as enabling users to maintain social networks at low cost,encourage users to generate large amounts of content(user-generated content),and greatly improve the speed and scope of information diffusion.It can be said that social media has profoundly changed the way people maintaining social relations and accessing to information.This change is of great significance in the field of knowledge management.Social media has become a new channel for knowledge sharing.This paper is based on the background of this research.This paper mainly studies the effects between the users social capital and knowledge contribution and sourcing in the context of social media in China,and the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing.In this paper,a theoretical model is put forward on the basis of previous literature research.The three dimensions of social capital: structure capital,relationship capital and cognitive capital have positive effect on knowledge contribution and knowledge sourcing,at the same time in the three dimensions of social capital on knowledge play an intermediary role in the effect of knowledge sharing influence perception.Based on the proposed theoretical model and past literature,this paper designs a questionnaire and restores data through questionnaires distributed by the network.The structural equation model is used to verify the hypothesis.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.This study shows that structural dimension has a direct positive impact on knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing perception,and the direct impact on knowledge contribution is not significant.The relationship dimension and cognitive dimension have a positive effect on knowledge contribution,knowledge collection and knowledge sharing.In the test of intermediary effect,knowledge contribution plays a mediating role in the impact path of relationship capital/cognitive capital on knowledge sharing perception effect,and the mediating effect of structural capital and knowledge sharing perception is not significant.Knowledge collection plays a mediating effect in the path of the three dimensions of social capital and the effect of knowledge sharing perception.
