Research On Integrated Management Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Based On BIM

Since China started to popularize the whole-process engineering consulting model in 2017,various consulting enterprises have been exploring and implementing it.The whole process of engineering consulting project involves more participants and management factors,in different stages of the project construction as relatively independent,each participant,information islands,frequent phenomenon such as fault information,make the efficiency of the whole process of engineering consulting project management underground,make the whole process of engineering consulting the advantages of integrated and collaborative management is difficult to play.The emergence of BIM can effectively solve the problems of integrated management in the whole process of engineering consulting and improve the level of project information management.Taking the integration of whole-process engineering consulting projects as the research object,this paper tentatively proposes the application of BIM in the integrated management of whole-process engineering consulting.The specific research process,methods and conclusions of this study are as follows:First,research on BIM integrated management information needs of whole-process engineering consulting.Begin from the external environment and internal environment analysis of the whole process of engineering consulting,the necessity of integrated management,and then use the WBS(work breakdown structure)for every stage of the whole process of engineering consulting work contents and working process decomposition,and combining with literature review and case analysis,the whole life cycle of BIM the identification of integrated management information.Finally,the identification of the whole process of engineering consulting BIM integrated management information is verified by semi-structured interview.Second,the construction and operation of BIM integrated management mode of wholeprocess engineering consulting.The first is to construct the theoretical framework of the integrated management of engineering consulting in the whole process in China,trace the source of the integrated management of engineering consulting in the whole process,return to the hall model for research,and build the theoretical framework of the integrated management of engineering consulting in the whole process on the basis of the existing research.Second,the BIM integrated management model of whole-process engineering consulting is constructed.The integrated management model is established from three aspects of multi-objective elements,multi-organization and multi-stage analysis.The third is to study the operation of BIM integrated management mode,explore the construction of BIM information integration platform,give the construction scheme of BIM information integration platform,and design the BIM integrated management business function module.Third,case study on the implementation effect of integrated management based on BIM.This paper adopts the method of case study for verification.Taking the practical experience of the canteen project of a new campus of a university as a verification case,this paper discusses the specific application of BIM integrated management in this project,and analyzes and proves the feasibility and efficiency of the integrated management of the whole process engineering consultation based on BIM technology.To sum up,this paper USES literature review,semi-structured interview and entropy value method,the WBS and case analysis,based on the information integration for the whole process of engineering consulting the research object,combined with BIM technology,identification of summing up the demand of integrated management,build the whole process of engineering consulting based on BIM integration management mode,this paper expounds the whole process of project based on BIM concrete implementation way of the integrated management mode,so as to engineering consulting enterprises better use of BIM technology to provide theoretical support for the whole process of engineering consulting project management.
