With the development of world science and technology, the computer is already spread to all countries and places, informatization has become an important symbol of globalization, the informationization development of our country are also gradually. In order to be able to keep up with The Times development, consulting industry in China is also in the construction of information resources of science and technology step by step, a positive response to the construction and development of engineering consultation industry informatization, promote the rapid development of the industry as soon as possible, in order to reach the international level.Thesis mainly expounds the research background of Taizhou engineering consulting business management system, project significance and current research and application present situation put forward the thesis research content with my work. In the thesis mainly adopts UML object oriented modeling language business, function to project the core module, data and analyzed in three aspects to conduct a comprehensive and strong. Based on business analysis, this paper puts forward business process reengineering, and the flow chart of reengineering after; Based on the data analysis, the establishment of a database table structure, gives the entity class diagram; Based on the function analysis, the paper gives the system use case diagram, as well as the overall package diagram and related subroutine package diagram; Through the analysis of three aspects and description, the original business process optimization. Finally papers to work are summarized, and further prospects.
