Internet, as a powerful device of modern communications, plays an increasingly impact on people’s daily and working life styles, for the corporations’ innovation and development. Innovation Clusters characterized by trade cost reducing, knowledge spill-off, in-company study, knowledge transferring, technology innovation, new commercial modes creating, management innovation, education developing, information interaction enhancing and etc. The article, based on innovation cluster theory, give close analysis on internet’s role in the course of development and innovation, and knowledge flow between companies in the cluster by Small World Model and SECI Model. Based on the Bertrand Model, the article detects the principal of balance between companies’ competition and cooperation in gaining knowledge for innovation.Tsinghua University Science Park, Peking University Science Park, Renmin University of China Science Park, the innovation clusters, by using of internet, do their part in pushing high-technology prosperities and the leading companies in the groups creating new business patterns for being top innovation-oriented corporations. Based on Industrial Cluster Theory, Trade Cost Theory Innovation and Network Economy Theories and the relevant works published to support the views as:breakthrough of the interests-diminishing principles by the influence of internet and it goes to the contrary. Internet upgrades traditional industries, technology innovation, new business models, the patterns of advertisement, marketing activities, digital publishing, education styles, business administration, company structure and procedures.In the internet era, University Science Parks present new trend of one park-more-branches and one-district-multi-park. The parks as models of innovation clusters are out of the old forms:same industries collection, but coexistence by different working fields. Some science parks have extended their business from regional cluster to trans-regional and cross-provinces or transnational being an important channel of internationalization.
