Design And Implementation Of Suqian City's Industrial Economy Innovation Project Management System

Suqian city's industrial economic innovation project management system is an information supportive tool for the city government to help the local enterprises in business development and enhancement. Its objectives is to help the local government to develop long term and effective policies to support the enterprises innovations in their business operations with the industrial economic innovation projects as measures.This thesis presents this system software's requirement analysis, design and programming implementation. In the aspects of functional requirement analysis, it discusses the industrial projects programming analysis, projects implementation and effects evaluation functions and setups the related use-case models. It presents the software's global architecture, major component object structures, database design scheme, the detailed data table structures and the related class diagrams and processing flowcharts within the architecture framework. On basis of the design scheme the software system's programming methods and pseudo codes are briefly discussed together with the application system's test methods, test contents, steps and results.This software system is programmed with C#/.NET and SQL Server as the backend database server platform. Currently this application system works stably and well satisfies the government department's management goals. As an information support tool it not only significantly raises information precision and completeness in managements but also help the user obtain the concrete picture about the projects' effects based on the tool's quantitative evaluation and analysis which is active in making the contiguous improvement on the local industry and economics along the correct directions.
