With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge in the process of business solution has gradually become the key to strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises.Accurate analysis of future technology evolution trends,and timely grasp of the good opportunities brought about by technology turnover is particularly important for companies to improve the performance of business problems.In the era of big data,massive amounts of data contain a wealth of valuable knowledge,which brings new opportunities for the accurate identification and evaluation of analytical technology innovation opportunities.This paper took the product technology innovation opportunity identification and evaluation method as the research topic,and mined the hidden knowledge in the data to help enterprise decision-makers identify and select the best technological innovation opportunities.Firstly,a data-driven product business problem solving auxiliary knowledge service model was constructed,and product functional requirements were determined by analyzing product business problems.A technology innovation opportunity recognition method based on patent text mining and 3D technology power map was proposed.The technical power map was combined with the technical road map to introduce the time dimension into the technical power matrix.Thereby,the mapping relationship between power and technology can be obtained,and the dynamic evolution path of related technologies can be tracked,and information such as technical maturity and technical continuity in the business related field can be found.And comprehensive analysis and analysis with the technical power map of the enterprise,so as to clearly and accurately identify the opportunities for technological innovation.With referenced to the enterprise technical efficacy map,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of technological innovation opportunities was carried out through the combination of subjective and objective data,and the potential value of industrialization of technological innovation opportunities was calculated from the perspective of technological novelty and technical realization possibilities,and then got the best technical innovationopportunity ranking.Finally,an example was given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.By mining and utilizing the knowledge in patent text data to accurately identify technological innovation opportunities and comprehensively evaluate and analyze them in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper can effectively improve the work efficiency of enterprise decision-makers and benefit enterprises to control new technologies in a timely and accurate manner.Develop and enhance the ability of enterprise product technology innovation.
