At present,industrial robots have been widely used in industrial production lines.In order to meet the market demand for many small and medium-sized batch products,there are many advanced flexible production technologies in industrial production.With the emergence of these technologies,production parts can be changed according to the needs of processed products,can be quickly adjusted in batches,and can quickly respond to changes in user needs and special requirements.People can use this advanced technology to get rid of heavy and repetitive labor.Flexible production technology not only reduces the time from start-up to output,but also improves the comprehensive ability in the market,which meets the requirements of modern industrial production.In this paper,the core part of the flexible production line of robots is extracted for in-depth study.Aiming at the problems of large position deviation and low efficiency in manual positioning of keyboard film keyboard contact cap,a device for correcting the deviation of keyboard film positioning based on machine vision is proposed.Cartesian coordinate robot is used in the mechanical part,which is also called three-axis module in this project.The three-axis module is operated by the motion control card,and the suction nozzle of the cylinder is designed to obtain the target object.The second development is carried out by machine vision software Halcon and C# language.By using the method of shape template matching and similarity matching of template ROI region,the object recognition is carried out.The rectangular coordinate robot is controlled to absorb multiple keycaps at a single time and install them precisely on the keyboard film.The problem of keyboard film position offset is solved.The experiment proves that the keyboard thin based on machine vision.Membrane positioning device has high accuracy,the error is within 0.499 mm,and the positioning time is controlled within 0.75 s,which greatly improves the efficiency and meets the needs of industrial production.The results of this project are applied in a company's flexible production line project of keyboard film assembly,which is the core content of the whole flexible assembly line.Accurate grasping of visual positioning ensures the assemblyrhythm,provides the basis for the assembly of the line body,and has great practical value for the company's automation production.
