Recently,the level of hospital informatization has been growing,and its application in the field of health examination is also very wide.Traditional health screening systems are mainly deployed inside the hospital.Hospital can only take advantage of the convenience of informatization when patients have a physical examination in hospital.The application of traditional health examination system is limited when it provides services to some customers which staff members distribute widely and their daily work cannot be interrupted,such as China Railway Bureau,Luqiao Construction Bureau,also some Education Bureau in remote mountain area.The development of distributed database technology and vehicle-mounted system provides the foundation of mobile health examination vehicle.But the space of mobile health examination vehicle is cramp and difficult to build PACS system in it,meanwhile,the network connection is unstable.How to carry out physical examination in health examination bus and how can health examination bus exchange data with medical examination center in hospital? Facing these challenges,this paper developed a vehicle-mounted health screening system built in mobile health examination vehicle.First of all,this paper analyzed the requirement of vehicle-mounted health screening system.According to customers' requirement,it carried on the demand modeling using Use-Case Diagram and Activity Diagram.Functions of this system include providing DICOM services to imaging devices,uploading and updating the client subsystem version,system management and maintenance,business base data maintenance,physical examination appointment and registration,inputting physical examination results,physical examination report management and distributed data management.Meanwhile,this paper defined the system performance,reliability,easy-using,audit,security and other non functional requirements.Secondly,according to the demand model,this paper designed the whole system architecture.According to the principle of separation of duty,common extraction and the principle of “high cohesion,low coupling”,this system was divided into 5 subsystems: Application server subsystem,Client subsystem,DICOM server subsystem,Data synchronization subsystem and Version manage subsystem.This system uses C/S structure,developed with Delphi.The application server subsystem communicates with other subsystems using DataSnap technology.Client subsystem communicates with serial communication equipment complying with RS232 protocol then collects physical examination results automatically.The system puts all kinds of business data in accordance with the related physical examination booking record into horizontal data fragments and exports to files.Meanwhile,it reduces the amount of data traffic by comparing the image files between hospital medical center and health examination bus and then removing duplicate files.In order to solve the data transmission error problem,it divides data into blocks and uses the CRC algorithm to verify each data blocks.It uses the DEFlATE algorithm to compress data,which combines the LZ77 algorithm and the Huffman algorithm together.It uses AES algorithm in CTR mode to solve the problem of communication security.Finally it solves data synchronization problem.The system also realizes the interaction with imaging devices by listening and responding to the C-FIND event and C-STORE event of the message processing control in the DICOMVCL component package.Thirdly,this paper carried on the detailed design for each subsystem,designed the details for specific modules,main data tables and system interfaces.Last but not least,this paper carried out the functional testing,performance testing and security testing of the system.All test cases for the system have been passed,and the system has been successfully deployed and put into effect in a number of domestic hospitals so far.
