In2012, the mainland of China’s total car sales surpassed the U.S. as the world’s first. With the domestic vehicle population growth rate significantly higher than the speed of traffic infrastructure improvements such as roads, road traffic is under great pressure. Caused by excessive car ownership in large cities such as Beijing, road congestion, vehicle accidents and environmental pollution intensified. Car drivers in harsh traffic environment, prone to traffic accidents and heart attacks, the current driver fatigue is a common global traffic safety problem. Current research focus of the transport sector through the mobile Internet of Things technology,3G wireless network, the vehicles on the surrounding things with data collection and analysis capabilities in vehicles to monitor the physical condition of the vehicle driver, reducing the sense congestion pressure, improve Index of driver safety.Mobile Internet of Things related concepts and applications, speed up urban traffic information and networking process, mobile car networking technology on the basis of the mobile Internet of Things technology, the disadvantages of the traditional traffic information to be amended, mobile vehicle networking vehicle electronic data collection terminals, a successful exchange of information through existing3G wireless networks, the information cascade alley between the vehicle and driver, the driver of the vehicle and road traffic, the health data of the driver of the vehicle for targeted real-time monitoring.The mobile vehicle networking technology to enhance the vehicle, road vehicle drivers, the linkages between, and thus to a more modern, networked, intelligent direction. Mobile Internet of Things technology as an important part of the new generation of IT, has been involved in all aspects of life, in real life after all the items connected to the network to facilitate the identification, management and control.Intelligent processing to rely on cloud computing, pattern recognition technologies such as mobile Internet of Things. The cloud computing technology can be two ways to promote mobile Internet of Things and wisdom of the earth:First, cloud computing technology is the core of the mobile Internet of Things. Second, cloud computing technology for the intelligent integration of the mobile Internet of Things and Internet, the elderly, the health information data through the mobile Internet of Things technology acquisition, and transmitted via the Internet and WCDMA technology and analysis.According to the structural classification of mobile Internet of Things, focusing discussed in the perception layer and network layer driver of the vehicle health data collection and vehicle internal LAN coverage of two major parts.Use the existing3G network technology and data collection terminal design is based on the mobile Internet of Things, driver of the vehicle health monitoring system.
