SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises)with a flexible management tools,patience and tenacity ability to quickly adapt to the market,it has become an important part of social and economic development in our country.In today's era of information explosion,SMEs are also sorely in need to manage the sales management system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of small and medium business,the problems faced as follow:(1)Business Process of SMEs is relatively simple and flexible.They must rapid response to customer.(2)Sales is one of the key issues for the development of SMEs,and customer relationship instability of SMEs is one of the factors restricting the development of its sales.Sales built on stable customer relationship management,is conducive to the steady development of enterprises.(3)The monitoring of sales process is not enough for managers,information is opaque,which can not accurately assess the ability of the sales staff and help solve the problem in time,also may affect the secondary sales.(4)Because of SMEs to training effort is limited,new sales lack of familiarity in business processes,leading to low sales efficiency.This paper means to regulate the use of information technology sales business processes,improve business responsiveness.The system is composed of client and server,aimed at sales and managers.Summarized as follows:(1)The poor customer resource stability of SMEs is an important part of the sales order,this paper carried out research on the stability of the enterprise customer resources,customer data Record performed by software systems to optimize the allocation rule customer and sales staff,improve customer resource stability.(2)For sales process issues of SMEs,combined with the advantages of mobile terminal sales to optimize business processes.So that sales staff can also work in non-office,improve sales efficiency and responsiveness.(3)The designed and implemented of sales management on mobile terminals,the server uses the command mode architecture,and design Database table structure.The client based on the Android platform and using the MVC architecture.The system has been tested to achieve a predetermined function and performance objectives,and released on-line in March 2016.Since the system on-line,the current number of operational enterprises reached more than 10,the average increase sales success rate of 20 percent.The more successful enterprises have improved sales efficiency play a single 30 percent or so.
