With the popularity of social media,more and more people began to use of social media,and have access to information;Information about health especially attract people's attention.People adopt the health information through social media and are influenced from by attitude.Keeping in good health is a key part of health communication,which attract people's attention.This study is aim to explore and analysis the communication way,communication characteristics and online trust propagation based on health information to understand social media positive dissemination in the health information.What's more,the study can provide effective reference for the spread of healthy care on social mediaTo sum up,Studies choose "keeping in good health" for the item sample and research by content analysis and big data on Sina Weibo.The study found that in the whole subject is based on information support,and the emotional expression is complementary.At the same time,the study found that in the dissemination of health information,filled with a large number of religious and commercial information,which lack gatekeeper's management.When it comes to on-online trust,the enrichment of content have little impact on on-line trust;Government agencies and medical institutions get littler on-line trust than the average users.So there is no direct contact between government agency and on-line trust.The publisher status and pictures have very important influence on positive spread;The power of the government on health communication online trust is important.People's Daily,or local government,such as Guangzhou Publish,can effectively act as gatekeepers on Weibo and other social media,which can reduce the fault of the masses and miscalculation.
