A Framework Study Of Media's Report On Hospice Care Under The Perspective Of Health Communication

According to the unified norms formulated by the United Nations,as early as the beginning of this century,China has entered an aging society.As the trend of population aging continues to intensify,it has already had an impact on the country's policies,laws,and institutional norms.In this context,hospice care has developed into a new need in the clinical,ageing and other medical fields.However,since 1988,hospice care was introduced to China,and its development is lagging behind,facing various problems.The news media as a social watcher,especially the newspaper media that disseminates rational thinking,can directly influence the public's perception and attitude towards hospice care in the setting of the agenda.In the first chapter,this study starts from the perspective of health communication,and uses the framework as the research theory.It is selected from the domestic newspaper media's report on hospice care from 1988 to 2018 as a research sample to explore how hospice care issues are constructed.What are the characteristics,and finally reflect and improve the reporting framework.In the second chapter,this paper selects 475 pieces of news reports with hospice care as the sample,and analyzes and analyzes the number,date,regional distribution,news genre and other categories from the content analysis method..In the third chapter,after the sample is summarized,the thematic framework,news schema and narrative framework are analyzed from the macro,meso and micro levels.In the fourth chapter,from the perspective of text analysis Take three cases of hospice care as an example,analyze them in detail,and summarize their universal characteristics.In the fifth chapter,we explore the containment elements of the hospice reporting framework over the years.On this basis,we will find out a series of problems presented in the hospice report and propose constructive suggestions for its reporting framework.In summary,hospice care reports are mutually constrained by factors such as national policy,social civilization,and media literacy,but it is also difficult to avoid shortcomings in terms of discourse power and reporting mode.Therefore,the civilian class of the source is guaranteed to be unified with the cultural class,ensuring the accuracy and scientification of health news,and combining various narrative methods to achieve better communication between the media and the public.
