Design And Implementation Of Police Doorplate And Address System

Wuxi Public Security Bureau is now promoting the process of informatization.It has set up the aims of designing and developing a system on the basis of address,doorplate and concentration of demographic information,realizing that the centralized management of household registration affairs such as information acquisition,examination and approval,etc.The large amount of address doorplate information is constantly added,changes and disappears with the urban development of Wuxi,and has formed the coexistence of multiple address structures in the course of history,resulting in difficulty for current address information to be applied to other public security application system and less desirable effect of informatization.In order to solve these problems,this paper design and develop the Doorplate and address system by using J2EE?ArcGIS technology.The aim of developing this system is to improve the management level of public security address doorplate information,gradually achieve the establishment of actual population address management system,and finally achieve the effective management of people's residence.Wuxi police doorplate and address system is a data concentrated system.Address digitized code as a kind of feature recognition technology applying in this system establishes standard address structure.Sole encoding of address refers that feature field is abstracted from address structure table and represented by several characters to reach sole corresponding relationship between addresses and be quoted accurately by business information.The development of doorplate and address system also aims at achieving unification and standardization of basic information of various addresses,solving this problem of address format chaos.Standard address structure designed can concurrently coexist other address forms to reach smoothly format conversion from other address forms to standard address.The doorplate and address system is a basic information system.This system adopts B/S based on Web to build up,divided into four levels from the bottom to the upside: data collection layer?hardware and network communication layer?database layer?business Logic Layer?application support platform layer?application layer.This system achieves the effect of layered development by using J2 EE technology and achieves the management of address' space operation by ArcGIS.It also support the data exchange and docking of related systems such as PGIS System,population system by using web service and interface integrating approach.Applying mature technology with long-term practice in the market is able to make this system have excellent performance,security and stability.This system can meet requirements for efficient completion of public security work concerning with doorplate,address and population because this system has the characteristics of public security application system.Wuxi police doorplate and address system designed and implemented in this paper is mainly applied to management and maintenance of doorplate and address information in Wuxi,it can obtain the scope of jurisdiction of all branches of Wuxi Public Security Bureau and local police stations and historic evolvement of certain place name and address,and generate the handbook of geographical names of Wuxi City or certain region;in addition,this system can be applied to management and maintenance of Wuxi doorplate preparation.After a series of tests,it proves the doorplate and address system could move normally and achieve the anticipated effects.Doorplate and address system can also concurrently coexist users of information systems such as police geographic information system,exit and entry management system,old population system and criminal investigation combat platform,log data table,dictionary and address table of Wuxi Public Security Bureau to ensure continuous connections between database and other information systems of Wuxi Public Security.
