Design Of Integrated Traceability System For Consumer Electronics

This paper takes company A as the background to design integrated traceability system for consumer electronics.A is a multinational company,mainly engaged in intelligent wearable equipment research and development,production and sales,business spread all over the world.Due to differences in culture and geography,employees from different countries can't communicate very well,also did not achieve full docking between information systems,which leads to information silos.In this paper,the necessity of establishing an integrated quality traceability system is put forward in order to solve the problems of the quality management of A,such as the high rate of return,the complaints from customers and the recall of products.Then takes system requirements analysis according to the practical problems of the company,and use data warehouse technology to design a set of integrated quality traceability system which covers the whole product life cycle,integrated production,sales,logistics and customers data.It provides a good foundation for data query,data analysis,data mining and scientific decision-making support for quality management in the company's future activities.
