Research On The Environment News Framework Of Guizhou Party Newspaper

Guizhou has abundant ecological resources,which have important advantages for its economic development.At the same time,its ecological resources are extremely fragile.Once damaged,it is difficult to recover.For example,the unique karst landform is very easy to cause debris flow and soil erosion.Therefore,the government should do a good job in environmental protection and educate people about the importance of environmental protection.This background provides a very good topic for the academic research of journalism.The theoretical research on environmental news in Guizhou Province has an important reference role for the governments at all levels in Guizhou to improve the dissemination of environmental information and how the media report on environmental news.Guizhou Daily is the most influential and authoritative comprehensive party newspaper in Guizhou Province.Its environmental news report not only reflects the understanding of the central ecological civilization strategy of Guizhou Provincial Government,but also reflects how the Guizhou Provincial Government understands the relationship between environment and development,and also reflects the environmental news reporting concept of Guizhou Party media.Therefore,the author chooses the environmental news of Guizhou Daily from 2007 to 2017 as the research object,uses the method of structural weekly sampling to select 307 samples,and uses Gamson's frame theory as the theoretical guidance.The theory emphasizes the unity of objectivity and subjectivity of the framework,which is the subjective construction,but this construction is realized by the boundaries and choices of objective facts.According to the characteristics of news reporting,this paper defines news framework: news framework refers to the thinking mode of media dealing with news facts,and the values embodied in the thinking mode.This abstract thinking mode and values are embodied in the media's choice,reconstruction and symbolic expression of facts.According to this definition and considering the operability of the research,this paper divides the news framework into two levels: the content of the framework and the form of the framework,which are both exterior and interior.The content of the framework focuses on the topics of news reporting,including the number of reports,the distribution of topics,the tendency and other research dimensions;the form of the framework focuses on the methods of news reporting,including the perspective of reporting,the source of information,the genre of reporting and other research dimensions.The organic combination of framework content and framework form forms the news framework model of the media.The research finds that Guizhou Daily's environmental news reports construct achievement-oriented framework,green development framework and data factual framework.The reasons for the formation of these three frameworks are analyzed from the political,economic and social aspects.As a Party newspaper,its main purpose is to publicize the Party's policies and determine that its overall framework tone is positive and positive;Guizhou's economic development needs ecological economy as an important force,and it needs to set long-term issues for ecological economy.Under the background of advocating green development in the whole society,it is necessary to integrate the concept of green development into the report to educate and shape the public's environmental values,from simply protecting the environment to understanding the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,from talking about environmental problems to integrating the environment into the whole social ecosystem,and from politics,economy,culture and society to consider the environment and human beings.The impact of class development.However,there are still some deficiencies in the right of public discourse,the construction of risk issues and the depth of reporting.In this regard,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to increase environmental risk reporting,set up columns,deepen environmental research,and train professional journalists.
