After the reform of the university's enrollment expansion policy,the number of recent graduates has increased year by year.The employment mode of graduates has changed from the original “package allocation” to “free employment”.With the development of high technology and the acceleration of economic globalization,China's industrial structure and employment are undergoing major changes,and the demand for talents is even more Diversification.Over the years,China's higher education institutions,adjustment of training objectives,and the updating of educational content and teaching systems have lagged behind,making it difficult for many college graduates to adapt to the needs of the market.After the expansion of colleges and universities,the contradictions are more prominent.The employment problem of students has had a big impact.On the other hand,enterprises are also facing difficulties in recruiting employees.On-site recruitment is more time-consuming and labor-intensive.The level of candidates is still uneven,and the selection of candidates is cumbersome.Based on the above background,the mobile client of this project uses the Android system architecture,and the software background uses J2 EE,Spring MVC and other technologies to achieve system development.Through 2G,3G,4G and other means,the handheld client can get the latest recruitment information in a timely manner.Fresh graduates can search keywords(such as job type,location,five social insurance and one housing fund,etc.)to select suitable jobs,and can actively submit resumes through the above contact information.The handheld client can receive the latest news that the operator actively pushes,find the job information that you need more quickly,and can also find the recruitment information of the employer through the handheld client,and complete the delivery of the resume on the handheld device such as mobile phone and tablet.The service intent can also be sent to the software service terminal actively.After receiving the short message,the service terminal will search for the qualified information according to the user's intention to seek the job,and feed the information to the palm client.The system can provide suitable recruitment information to the user according to the comparison result of the database in the talent network,and send a reminder to the user at the first time according to the service package ordered by the user.The operation andmaintenance personnel can manage and maintain the job information,job applicant's resume,manual consultation,and account rights in the background.Through testing,the system meets the design requirements.The system has established a safe,powerful,easy-to-maintain and manageable platform for finding a job,which provides a convenient job search platform for graduates of colleges and universities.The system has established a unified information platform,which can upload resumes,search for positions,and customize reminders,and provide a more convenient recruitment channel for enterprises.When the user logs in to the system,the system will provide unified identity authentication,and join the security authentication through mobile communication technology to ensure the security of the user account.In short,the system relies on the communication service platform to obtain real-time recruitment information,and can also directly search for job positions,fill in job application forms,collect favorite positions,and view application history.In this way,the majority of college graduate job seekers no longer need to find a new student position in a large number of social recruitment positions.
