In recent years, due to the college enrollment expansion, the number of graduates increases every year, colleges and universities need to address career guidance during the rapid expansion of the amount of information. In the current employment situation is becoming increasingly severe. Students should fully display itself; other hand, plans to expand existing models to give more convenient to employers in order to maintain the employment rate of graduates. Therefore, the use of computer and network management for large-scale employment in the information data processing, not only directly improve the competitiveness of graduates, but also show the information technology applications capacity of university. This paper, uses structured analysis method, analysis the needs of employment management branch , constructs a university job management system. The job management system is physically dispersed, with Web access mode; the logic is centralized, and can work independently using their own resources. Therefore, the design uses a B / S and C / S mixed mode. This system detailed analysis from three angles of the university branch, graduates and employers, complete the services for different users, uses C / S structure mode in the local area network of high security requirements, data processing capacity, and strong interaction ; uses B / S structure mode in the network of lower security requirements poor interaction. This system not only combines the advantages of both models, but also has good scalability. This paper introduces the B / S and C / S architecture and related technologies, introduces the B / S,C / S structure of the data access technology, completes the design of employment management system based on B / S and C / S structure mode.
