Application Of Project Management In TVOS TV Desktop System Construction

TVOS TV desktop system construction project originates from the actual needs of my work.The project is invested and constructed by the group's provincial companies and the operated in various cities.It takes a lot of people and resources,especially in limited time to finish that.In order to finish the project,you have to do all sorts of things to manage it,to put together a lot of resources,to achieve the objective of the project during the time frame and to pass the final inspection.Based on the theory of modern project management,this paper discusses the application of project management theory in the construction of this project based on the theoretical thought of modern project management and the project example of TVOS TV desktop system construction.The successful completion of this project has a good reference for my future work about project management,and effectively explores the management of related system construction projects based on TVOS platform in the broadcasting industry.Firstly,this paper gives a basic overview of TVOS TV desktop system construction project,then introduces the research background and purpose of the paper,briefly describes the relevant theories of project management at home and abroad,then analyzes the construction objectives of the project management,and analyzes the influencing factors in the construction and what countermeasures to take.Secondly,this paper focuses on the overall planning design and project management implementation of TVOS TV desktop system construction,and summarizes the analysis of the implementation effect of the construction project management.It concludes that the TVOS TV desktop system built by modern project management theory is superior to the system before it goes online from the demand response,local application support,and the number of operation and maintenance personnel and operational efficiency.Finally,the application research results are summarized and the deficiencies of the research are explained.This thesis mainly provides a reference project management implementation case for the related system construction project in the intelligent terminal of broadcasting industry.
