And then based on the system that require high scalability, maintainability and platform-independent features, the provisions of J2EE, and B/S's as a system development model; Finally, through a database of existing mainstream business-class all the contrast, choose MySQL As the system's data storage solutions.According to this model development of information systems to achieve a set of ship safety management, inspection, tracking, monitoring, rectification, feedback, analysis, statistics for the main functions of the security management platform, enhanced business management authorities to the control of the ship, and strengthen on emergency response capability to more effectively ensure the safe navigation of the ship.Finally, by COSCO Qingdao Co., the implementation of the system to prove the practicability and feasibility of the system.
