Under the background of global informationization and building smart cities,the development model of smart parks has emerged.The Smart Park is a miniature version of the Smart City.Over the years,the country has attached great importance to the construction of smart parks,and smart parks are developing in many cities.Based on this,this paper researches and develops a smart vehicle management system based on RFID,which can provide a new solution for vehicle management in smart campus.The research and development of this system can provide an information-based and intelligent solution for the vehicle management of the smart park,identify,locate and pay for all vehicles entering and leaving the smart park,and provide full scheduling and control of the vehicles in the park.The paper is divided into four parts,namely,demand analysis,design part,implementation part and system test.In the demand analysis,the visualization tool is used to map the relevant use case diagrams for the vehicle access function,the park traffic status browsing function,the illegal intelligent monitoring function,the vehicle access management function and the parking fee management function.In the design part of the system,based on the demand analysis,the parking induction technology,license plate recognition technology and RFID technology are elaborated in the design process of the system function module.In the relevant content of the implementation part,the combination of interface diagram and flow chart is adopted,and the implementation method and implementation effect of each functional module in the system are comprehensively discussed,and the research and development results of the system are fully demonstrated.After the development process of the system is completed,in order to ensure the system has better reliability and availability,the function and performance of the system are tested.The final test results show that the system has the basis for putting into practical use and can bring the user Smooth experience.In general,the vehicle management system designed in this paper can improve the work efficiency of vehicle traffic management,realize the automation of vehicle management work,facilitate the development of vehicle parking in a more scientific and intelligent direction,and improve the service level of the park.
