Design And Implementation Of University Personnel File Management System Based On SpringMVC

As an important information technology in the network era,computer technology is developing and constructing rapidly in various fields of our country.Of course,the university management work I am engaged in is also inseparable from the information technology and the convenient service provided by information technology.Therefore,this paper proposes to apply computer related technology to the management of personnel files in Colleges and universities,to solve the existing shortcomings in Colleges and universities,to reduce the labor intensity of staff,through the introduction of information management system to replace the existing management model.Archives management in Colleges and universities is an important part of University management.The improvement of the level of archives management can effectively enhance other information construction in Colleges and universities and facilitate the management of students' information.In addition,the staff of Archives Management Office in Colleges and universities should constantly innovate and manage it,and effectively grasp the modern related management.Only by means of information and technology can the relevant staff reduce the corresponding workload,thus more efficient to complete this important work.In view of the characteristics of university archives management and the needs of campus information management,this paper conducts a series of indepth research and analysis,and designs a reasonable and effective archives management system based on B/S architecture for university personnel archives management.The archives management scheme designed will adopt objectoriented JAVA programming technology and relational database system SQL Server,as well as the application of file classification management and system management module,and combine them organically.First of all,this paper elaborates on the system from requirements analysis,design,implementation and testing.Secondly,the archives management program of the school has done a multi-level design,including topology,structure and function,and made a detailed explanation.Finally,in the process of system implementation,effectively combined with the actual situation of modern university archives management,complete the system development to meet user needs.The difficulty of developing the archives management scheme of the school designed in this paper lies in the complexity of the document management business process,the whole process needs publishing,archiving and auditing,including requirements analysis,seamless links between the old system and the new system data,data security and backup strategy,etc.By using the iterative rapid prototyping development method to determine the requirements,the database design to do incremental design to retain the original database tables,through single sign-on,privilege allocation,data encryption and other data security,the use of timing configuration tasks to achieve the original data backup,to ensure seamless data links.Finally,the solutions mentioned above are applied in the personnel file management system of colleges and universities,and the validity and practicability of the system are verified by the practical application results..
