Abstract:With the era of big data, file management is facing tremendous change and development, file management objects from the paper files and electronic documents steering archival resources, archival resources including files, electronic documents, data resources. Currently, the upgrade file remote service capabilities, electronic files permanently preserved archival data resource management become the development direction and themes, technology research and application also needs to focus on this theme.Based on SOA (service-oriented architecture)based Resource Management System of University Archives, precisely in order to solve the traditional file management system development and research design.Overall system based on J2EE technology, using the Web Service implementation SOA architecture, MVC design pattern, MyEclipse development tools and PowerDesigner database modeling, application server uses TOMCAT. System is mainly to solve the problem:First, archival data resource management, data management throughout the archival work has always been, from the file resource collection to archival resources management, to archival resources services; Second, systems integration, business systems by integrating other colleges and universities to achieve integration of resources and archival data collected automatically archiving; three is to enhance file recall, file particularity requirement because file management system must give priority to the development of recall, both precision, so the system using double-PDF technology, full-text search to improve the recall rate; fourth is to file workflow design, the use of workflow engine technology, archival work processes, automation and standardization.In addition, system security and data security were also studied using a unified campus portal authentication login system to ensure system security; adopt strict access control design, data Recycle Bin, detailed system and data operation log data security.Operation shows that the SOA based resource management system in the college archives data resources acquisition, management and retrieval of archival resources and other aspects of high efficiency, fast, full-text retrieval speed in milliseconds; fully realized file management and standardization of processes, files, resources collection, bibliographic indexing automation; service platform from the paper files to achieve online use. System as a whole in line with expectations, in line with the National Archives of the file information technology requirements, but also meet the Ministry of Education "University archives management approach" in the digital archives building requirements. But there are still many problems to be studied:File metadata collection and management; electronic signatures and digital signatures archiving issues; permanent preservation of electronic records; archival data center construction.
