Design And Implementation Of Net-bar Regulatory Integration Platform Based On JFinal

Not only is Internet bar one of the important places where people have access to the Internet,but also an essential part of cultural management.As policies for I nternet bar are loosening and user demands are being diversified,changes and transformation are taking place to the whole industry.Internet bar is seeing a gradual transformation in its services,from simplex Internet surfing to diverse recreational serv ices.They are offering users high-end,networked and chain-oriented services.In a way,Internet bar is the development product of the time and an inevitable result of information society.However,todays' Internet bar still has the following problems to tackle: poor Internet surfing environment,disorderly management,acceptance of juveniles,poor legal and Internet safety awareness,etc.For reinforced supervision to Internet bars,a series of laws and policies concerning Internet bars have been enacted by the governments at provincial and municipal levels across the country.On this basis,the Internet bar integrated monitoring platform was designed and implemented in the paper,in an effort to contribute a significant part to reinforced supervision of t he Internet bar market.Main contents are shown as follows:(1)Data related to Internet bar was collected to establish business model for Internet bar data management.The model will analyze basic data of Internet bars and manage the opening,alteration and cancellation of independent Internet bars.Meanwhile,it will control the opening,alteration,cancellation and annul verification of chain Internet bars.This way,it will eventually verify the business license and filing information of Internet bars.(2)Supervisory contents and standards for Internet bars were developed.Internet bar monitoring data includes Internet surfing duration alerting,emergency alerting,business state,unauthorized monitoring avoidance,etc.However,relevant code criteria have to be established before supervisory practices.Besides,data abnormality of Internet bars has to be monitored through a certain algorithm and model.Meanwhile,alerting functions have to be realized.(3)Great efforts were made on data transmission,which came as a key and difficult point during implementation of the research project.Effective,efficient and accurate data transmission comes as guarantee to monitoring integration platform.Transmission protocols,data protocols,interface protocols an d exchanging standards are involved in data transmission,to give data support to business deployment.(4)The design and development of unified integration platform was completed.The platform development technical architecture was established based on JF inal and Websocket.Consisting of Internet bar terminal and integration terminal,the platform features such functions as system setting,standard specification,application management,maintenance management,platform setting,basic profile,monitoring management,alerting management,policy management,etc.The Internet bar monitoring integration platform is province-oriented and is able to meet the requirements of Province H on better supervision and management to various Internet bars within the province.Lightweight as the application may be,the JFinal-based management system boasts powerful functions,high working efficiency and reliable operation.It will open up referential ideas to cultural market management and the informationization progress in China.
