Nowadays,many advanced technologies are integrated into the traditional automation system and the traditional control system develops towards the direction of intelligence,openness,distribution and networking.With the real-time monitoring and control system building on Web,real-time remote monitoring,it combines the real time production data,experimental data,fault diagnosis data with real-time user requirements in real-time remote monitoring,remote device debugging and remote device fault diagnosis for agricultural machinery production process.As a result,the production management is not only facing the single device,but also 'Comprehensive Management' which is directly integrated into the market.With the diversification of terminal platform,the requirements for monitoring and management in various industries no longer stay on single platform or single terminal.In the face of the increasingly high requirements for cross platform management in agricultural machinery production process,the cross platform configuration monitoring system arises at the historic moment.However,cross platform applications not only require that the application can be applied to different operating system platforms of different devices at the same time,but also to be able to achieve display and interaction effects as desktop applications.The requirements for cross platform development can be achieved through Web technology.However,for a long time,Web applications are unable to meet the latter requirements because of performance or other problems,and the research and development of cross platform applications has also been stranded.Nowadays,with the development of HTML5 technology and Web real-time data push technology,the weakness of the weak client in the traditional sense of Web has gradually been replaced by the advantages of no maintenance,passive upgrading and high scalability,which makes the Web application of the B/S mode become feasible.In order to meet the cross platform requirements of configuration development and monitoring in agricultural machinery,main online configuration monitoring system construction mode,Web configuration technology and data transmission technology are compared and analyzed,and a secure and non-plug-in cross platform online configuration monitoring system is designed in this paper.The system is based on the real-time database system in the field data acquisition and data management of agricultural machinery.It makes the use of data querying and calling interface of the real-time database system and realize the function of cross-terminal monitoring and management through the wide area network.The DOM operability of SVG is used in the realizing of the configuration editing function and the designing and realizing of the graphic editing operation.A set of configuration editing interface which can run in multi-terminal and multi-platform is completed.The rendering technology and data push technology of HTML5 are used to design and implement the problem of display and real-time transmission of dynamic data.The display part of the picture display can be displayed without the plug-in,and the D3 and other JavaScript libraries are introduced to realize the visualization of the SVG data,which makes the monitoring of the picture more convenient.WebSocket technology is used in dynamic data real-time transmission to push real-time data to Web,so that the real-time display of dynamic display is enhanced.The process monitoring screen of each device or parts of large equipment runs on the Web side finally.Compared with the traditional configuration software,this design not only meets the basic needs of industrial control,but also improves the performance of the cross platform application because of the SVG operation and the introduction of WebSocket,which is particularly important in the times of the growing popularity of various intelligent terminals and various operating systems.At the same time,the differences in architecture also make the configuration software designed by this article have a better user experience,not only to realize the cross platform of the monitoring stage,but also to realize the cross platform of the configuration development stage.
