Design And Implementation Of The Bank Of China Channel Management Analysis System

With the social service and commercial operations demand growing,domestic banks have been deepening their reforms,and the most basic form of banking has become an increasingly important part of the banking business and management process.China's commercial banks have a large number of bank outlets in the number,but as time goes by,a huge number of outlets gradually exposed shortcomings like management system is not flexible enough,debt management and cost management level is not high.How to improve the business outlets management has become a more and more important issue at the present stage of commercial banks need to be addressed.This paper studies the design and implementation of a complete and feasible channel management program in the background of the management problems of the Bank of China in recent years,and continuously adjusts it in practical use,eventually forming a suitable efficient channel management analysis system.The research process of this paper firstly analyzes the management data of a large number of bank outlets of the Bank of China,and analyzes and summarizes the problems such as not being fine enough,not standardized and not uniform.With the above problems as the starting point,with the existing data and information technology,design a complete,standardized,fine management analysis system.And then through the study B/S application structure,Java programming language,Web Socket,Oracle database,Java Servlet network technology and JFinal framework and other programming knowledge,with Java and HTML and other languages to achieve the management analysis system,the system is mainly through the acquisition,integration the management data of the network in each system,and through statistics,analysis,to achieve the bank managers at all levels of channel management,channel management statistics,performance analysis and evaluation needs.The system of this paper through the design of the network management module,customer management module,data management module and performance management module to meet the managers at all levels of channel operations,management statistics,performance analysis and evaluation needs.Practice has proved that the system effectively enhance the bank's network and channel profitability and management level,and through standardized management,to achieve the channel in-depth control and master.The implementation of this subject and the practical use of the system,to speed up the Chinese banks to achieve channel static and dynamic information data standardization and normalization.In improving the efficiency of network management at the same time,but also for the Bank of China's channel integrated management provides a timely and efficient support to enhance the banking network management of economic benefits.
