Programmable controller(PLC) is the center of the microprocessor and memory of the automatic control, in the field of industrial automation control plays a more and more important role. Of the PLC market demand is huge in our country, but foreign firms and joint ventures accounted for over 90% of the domestic market sales of PLC. Therefore, China with China’s independent property for the development of a new type of PLC is vital, on the one hand, can get rid of the PLC technological monopoly of developed countries and market monopoly, double monopoly situation, on the one hand can improve the comprehensive strength of the automation in our country, to ensure that China in the world of a certain position, has far-reaching significance.This paper introduces the source of this topic and its significance in the development of integrated platform;the network control system, PLC programming platform and programming language of the current research at home and abroad were reviewed. And then, through the analysis of embedded PLC system architecture, the development of embedded PLC software integration platform, this paper expounds the overall requirement of the software, the software logical model is solved using the structured analysis method, according to the development process of software engineering, profile design scheme of integration platform is presented. Then detailthe hardware design of PLC and the design and implementation of the integration platform programming environment, including the user interface, editor, language conversion module and syntax checking module. Expound the integration platform for the realization of the network environment, including the network node interface driver development and management and function of network node in the network configuration of two parts. Finally, through the LD/IL language conversion function testes and CAN network configuration was verified by the network environment oriented the rationality of the design scheme of embedded PLC software integration platform.Finally, the thesis is summarized in this research work, and points out that the development of PLC software integration platform system should be further improved and optimized in the future direction.
