Commercial Bank Business Analysis System Based On Data Mining

With the process of reform and opening up,the natinal income has improved while electronic technology has also developed rapidly.In the current environment,China's bank card market is growing steadily.The function development of bank cards is becoming more and more life-oriented and popular.The demand for bank cards is also growing and the dependence is getting higher.Facing the changeable and challenging financial market,commercial bank workers need to analyze the customer data,summarize the development rules,improve the level of business management,better serve customers,increase the competitiveness in t he market,and realize the purpose of maximizing the bank's interests and minimizing risks.Data mining is a kind of technology that automatically mines the special relationship of data from mass data.Data mining can dig out some potential laws of customers from customer data information in a deep level and show multi-level data relations from multiple angles.For the bank card business,this feature of data mining technology can provide powerful help for the decision-making of operators.This paper studies the above problems,and puts forward the use of data mining analysis technology to establish a bank card business analysis system.The main work of the thesis is: This paper firstly makes a detailed analysis of the current research status,summarizes and summarizes the functions and non-functional index requirements of the designed system,and then carries out the overall design of the system.B/S architecture is adopted for the design of the whole system.There are mainly three layers,namely data layer,logic layer and presentation layer from bottom to top.The system is developed based on J2 EE development environment,web technology and Oracle database.In order to better realize the analysis of business,this system USES BP neural network to conduct data mining and discover the relationship between data,so as to provide better help to bank decision makers.The system mainly realizes system management,business query,business analysis,report management,SMS service,data mining and other functions.In a ddition,while satisfying the functions of the system,a simple and friendly interface is designed.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic selection and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed.Then the development technology and tools involved in the system are described in detail.Then the system requirements are analyzed,the functional modules of the system are designed and implemented according to the system requirements.In the end,this paper summarizes the problem and expatiates on the existing shortcomings and future prospects.
