Design And Implementation Of Capital Account Analysis System Based On Data Mining Technology

Currently,accompanied with the rapid development of economy,financial crime is quickly growing in China.Especially,internet fraud,SMS fraud,phone fraud,illegal fund raising and other types of financial crimes have been developed to be publicized and industrialized,which seriously affected the stability and security of financial order.In recent years,although the police department put in effort fight against financial crime,and got remarkable achievement.Their effort effectively prevented the spread of financial crime.However,due to the direct target of financial crime is the cash in card,and the money flow is complicated,it is extremely difficult for the investigators to collect and check the massive evidence and one by one using the traditional way.Therefore,in order to further promote the cooperation between financial institutions and police department to fight against financial crime,prevent the financial risk,and maintain the healthy,safely and stable development of the financial order,it is required for police department to research the current situation of crime,characteristics,hazards,trends,etc.,,by establishing the intelligent capital account analysis model,and gradually exploring the features of batch import,mining model,abnormal analysis.In this way,it could effectively improve the efficiency and quality of investigation of police department.This system is established based on above background.This thesis introduces how to collect,integrate and analyze the different types of bank data by building a database,,how to use classification analysis and decision tree algorithms and other methods to extract the effective analysis model,based on this database,and how to use the data mining techniques to find the suspicious clues.The main work of this thesis is listed as follows:Based on the research of data mining technology,the decision tree algorithm in data mining is designed and applied to the prediction model for crime risk of bank card.At the same time,the analysis model of the fund account is designed and realized by the data visualization method.Data mining technology can effectively solve the problem,such as massive information of the bank transaction,less prognosis and less policy decision,and achieve the intelligent analysis of judgments,scientific decision to make warning,accurate prevention and eradication on economic crimes.This thesis successfully built a capital account analysis system,and has been put into practical applications,including capital account database,case management,account analysis,bank card crime risk prediction model,integrated query and other functional modules.The identity authentication,security audit log and background management functions were developed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of this system.In this thesis,the function and performance of the system is verified in the availability of funds account storage,case management,account analysis and other modules based on bank card funds.
