At present,most bank of our country is still in the horserace circle stage,they blindly expand,and the utilization rate of the card is not high.New products develop too fast,but it is 1ack of researching consumer behavior.In the future.most business of bank card will face a series of along—term profitability problem.So,it is necessary and urgent to manage all kinds of data.Because the factors of commercial bank credit risk is various,the traditional credit method cannot adaptto this complex demand or cannot predict credit conditions, but the data mining technology can remedythe insufficiency.Using data mining can in-depth analysls customer’s influencing factors;itcan analysis the combinatorial problem of credit risk;it can display data relationship from multi-1evel andmulti-angle;Data mining tool cancomprehensively display data relationship and analysis results.Aiming at these problems were studied, using the latest technology research, experiments on different modules are not algorithms. System to achieve the function is: Bank card data import, data processing and handling, bank card data collection and data cleaning, there is the business analysis bank card. Paper using J2 EE programming environment, which is the latest development environment, the adaptability of the system is particularly useful.
