Design And Implementation Of Business Volume Assessment System For Bank Teller

With the continuous development of banking business and the intensification of competition among peers,commercial banks pay more attention to the assessment of the counter clerk's business volume.Strengthening the performance appraisal management of the clerk's business capacity can improve the employee's benefit concept and responsibility consciousness,inspiring the sta ff's sense of hardship and enterprising spirit,that is,"Keep up with the Times".According to the current situation of the management of the commercial bank teller business and under the background of a branch of a commercial bank,this paper designs a set of the counter business volume assessment system by constructing the bank data examination and management platform,which not only conforms to the interests of commercial banks but facilitates management on the basis of key technology such as the Java EE.This system intends to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the present situation of bank appraisal management.By fully studying the shortage of the counter clerk's business quantity examination and in-depth understanding the business needs and targ eted design of bank network,and thus this paper completes the research of this topic.Through studying the theoretical knowledge of banking business and the key technologies of software system research,this paper determines the development of the system involved in functional needs during the visit to a number of commercial banks and with multi communication to the first-line customer managers in detail.For the design part of the system,firstly,the principle of the system design and the architecture o f the system has been determined under the communication with the tutor and the bank technician.Secondly,the detailed design of each function module of the bank evaluation and management platform has been carried out based on the Java-EE framework.After the realization of the system,through the construction of test environment and the detailed testament of the functional modules,this paper finally has reached the system with the advantages of friendly interface and good operability.Overall,it meets t he expected design requirements.Under the premise of making full use of the existing resources and equipment of the bank,this study provides a scientific and sound evaluation system for the bank managers,which can greatly improve the management efficien cy of the bank,provide a relatively fair mechanism,promote the enthusiasm of the staff,and finally create the greater benefit for the bank.
