As we all know, today’s employment situation is tough, the large number ofunemployed youth is not directly proportional to the amount of jobs that communitycan provide, and this situation in the next few years will further aggravation. Youthemployment problem has become an important issue, and to encourage young peopleto start their own businesses become one of the important ways to solve this problem.Youth Business China over a long period of research and come up with an "YBCmode standard”, the model to solve the problem to help youth entrepreneurship.According to the requirements of the "YBC mode standard”, under the guidance ofthe Office of the the YBC information services, custom development of the the YBCinformation service support platform. The platform is a set of comprehensive nationalinformation system, mainly for entrepreneurs, mentor volunteers, project officer,partner, resources and donor agencies YBC members, covering unified portal,collaborative office, and Interactive communication, e-commerce, using ofinformation technology to promote the efficiency and extensive of public service, itmakes the YBC network professional management and services.This paper mainly studies key technology research and realization of the businessand data analysis system, which is a part of the YBC information service supportplatform. On the one hand, this article discusses the development of independentbusiness systems, which provides rigorous and reliable network operational functions,quantifies the content of the work, and provides multi-dimensional information.Usingthe network technology, the business system explains the critical business processesand logic rules of the youth employment and entrepreneurship social support model.In addition to, it achieves "paperless" electronic office "without delay" transmission ofinformation, the completion of the main line of youth from the application to thescreening, pre-trial, field Interviews, review, and support processes. On the other hand,this paper researches the data mining association rules and its classic algorithm, and applies the algorithm Into the system to research youth entrepreneurship law andentrepreneurship helping law. Throughing do a series of steps on the mass data fromthe business system, like data cleaning, data Integration, data conversion, data mining,pattern generation and evaluation. Eventually come to the knowledge of the mode tobe used for further decision analysis.Data mining techniques are still relatively few applications in the field of youthentrepreneurship, In this paper, data mining technology is applied to youthentrepreneurship support system, and the existing data is analysised bymulti-angle.The research will provide more services for young entrepreneurs,identify valuable information for youth support charity and organizations, establish abusiness case featured library that including entrepreneurial law and entrepreneurshiphelping regular. This information will assist the managers’ decision-making, improvethe success rate of youth entrepreneurship, and make the business system moreperfect. The saving of the information geting a greater degree of use will produce astrong practical significance.The business system is B/S system based MVC framework, applies the relatedtechnologies in the J2EE platform like jsp, servlet, Ajax, xml, Web service etc. J2EEis a platform which is widely recognized to development of large-scale Webapplications, the MVC framework which utilized in the business system alsosuccessfully applied to a number of projects.One year of system’s smooth running proves that the system is efficient andpractical.
