With the further advance in the interconnection of Guangdong provincial transport card,the IC card payment system of has almostlyachieved the complete coverage in Guangdong province payment system.However,at present,the terminal equipment and operation & management platform of each cities in Guangdong province are different from each other.The basic information are managed independently by each city that is not convenient for unified management and the sharing of information and resources.Traffic one cartoon city,Guangdong province,operations management platform(hereinafter denoted as the city management platform)employs advanced computer software and hardware technology,using scientific means of information management and network communication technology as a basis,combined with the specific characteristics of urban public transport system in Guangdong province,which will facilitate open using operations for each city and and realize all kinds of basic data management,remote secondary hairpin and careful,blacklist management and settlement management,customer service management,data uploading and distributed management,and other functions of integrating and sharing,specification of inter-operability one cartoon industry development base in Guangdong province.Herein,based on the operation management platform construction of traffic one cartoon city in Guangdong province,this work described the present research situation at home and abroad,employing Spring,struts 2 and Hibernate as a lightweight framework of Java EE.Besides,combining with the characteristics of traffic one cartoon industry and functional requirements analysis,this research also introduces the traffic one cartoon city,guangdong province,operations management platform overall architecture design,function module,data center,system function design,etc.,and expounds the system implementation and deployment of the detailed design,platform,etc.In this paper,J2 EE and database RAC technologies are briefly introduced,and the framework and working principle of Struts2,Hibernate and Sping are well studied.The construction demand of system platform are analyzed in detail upon the demand analysis design of the system function module design,flow process design.According to the performance of the J2 EE layer,control layer,business layer and persistence layer model,the implementation for the specific design of each module in this system is presented and is further verified through running test on the platform.Thesystem platform adopts Struts2 in the presentation layer and control layer,Spring in the business layer and Hibernate in the persistence layer,which finally gives full play to their respective advantages,reduces the coupling degree of code and improves the reuse rate.After the field operation of the cities in the recent three years,this system has been demonstrated to be of good maintainability and expansibility,and meets the construction requirements as well.At present,the system has achieved the performance indicators and achievements,which has promoted the improvement of cross-regional traffic card swiping amount,driven the economic development between regions,promoted the multi-level and diversified development of the one-card business,and accelerated the transformation and upgrading of the one-card industry.Meanwhile,it provides an important data source for the unified management of the provincial one card and the sharing of information resources for the big data mining of the traffic one card.
