| With the rapid growth of the national economy, and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, vehicle ownership in China is growing rapidly. Thus, traffic violation has become a serious problem in modern transportation system, which greatly restricts the economic development. Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is intelligent software which is based on the combination of computer processing technology, information and communication technology, electronic sensor technology, and control technology.Wherein, the intelligent traffic information management platform is an important module in the intelligent transportation system, which utilizes the computer intelligent technology for road vehicle traffic information collection, storage, analysis and display. This platform recognizes and collects vehicle license information via the surveillance cameras or electronic eyes, and captures the violation behavior as evidence. After the analysis of these traffic information, traffic supervision department is able to query and display the relevant evidence based on the license plate information.Firstly, we conducted the requirement analysis of the management information platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system, including detailed analysis of the significance of the information management platform, the characteristic of existing system, the functional requirements of system, etc.Secondly, we designed the system architecture of the management information platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system, including the research of platform design goals, the technology architecture of platform, functional architecture of the platform, and several other aspects. The functional components of the system and the work-flow of functionality are designed during the design of functional architecture.What’s more, we then conducted the detailed design of the management information platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system. Targeting the specific tasks of the management information platform, detailed design is mainly based on the requirements analysis and architecture design. This section includes the design of data structure, traffic rules, and the database of the information management platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system.The final work is the implementation and testing of the management information platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system. Based on a variety of specific design and technology selection, a detailed description the relevant technical implementation is reported this chapter, including the ADO technology, video processing technology, etc. Moreover, we also elaborated the specific implementation of the user interface, rulemaking module, and the query module of the platform. The system testing is carried out at the end of this article.To sum up, we fully analyzed the various requirements of the system, and explained the design ideas of this system. The design and implementation of the management information platform for intelligent transportation monitoring system is comprehensively reported in this thesis. |
