The urban public transport management has become more perfect through operating over the past few years, but new topic has presented in front of us. "Changes not enough" is the biggest contradiction between passengers and bus companies since the implementation of unmanned. It?s unquestionable that "Unmanned" plays a large role in promoting of the vehicle carriage speed and business management, but because of "no change" for passengers, it must increase the economic burden. And this is the biggest contradiction after the implementation of the "unmanned". Others, counterfeit money brings enormous loss to enterprise and government. "Unmanned" needs to be improved. The launch of the contactless IC card technology provides a good technology for the realization of city bus automatic toll collection.The purpose of system is adapting to the needs of the development of public transport, satisfying and facilitating the general public travel, improving enterprise efficiency. Non contact IC card management system of urban public transport, with non-contact IC card as the storage medium, combined with computer technology, network technology and information technology, to provide a good information platform for the user.This thesis realizes to card management system of the bus is described in detail through 6 chapters. The related theory needed technology background, significance, the status quo at home and abroad, the thesis on the system bus card system and modern management technology of outline. The system adopts C/S and B/W/S hybrid framework, the techniques involved includes RF card reader technology, database technology etc. This thesis details the design and implementation of the process bus card management system main function of each module.
