The Design And Implementation Of The Public Basic Data Management And Service System For Transportation

In recent years,the degree of information technology in the field of transportation is increasing with the rapid development of communication and network technology.Due to the historical reasons for the development of information technology,and taking into account the different stages of the local business needs for some of the system,resulting in the lack of unified planning between the various systems.Due to lacking of the necessary to build and share,there is no uniform standards,the "information island" produced.The construction of transport public basic data management and service system can implement the unified management of the public basic data in various business systems,ensure data integrity and reliability,improve data quality,avoid inconsistent data of each business in the system.At the same time,The method of centralizing data management method can guarantee business systems involved in the integration can access to the shared data in time,so the engineering application value is obvious.At present in the field of transportation has not established a public basic data management system to ensure the consistency of shared basic data between business systems.Public basic data types involved in basic data management system of tobacco industry,financial industry,andt the coal industry is not consistent with the field of transportation,so it is not possible to share the basic data management system in other areas directly into the field of transportation,this thesis combined with the ministry of transport and the corresponding subject,took the form of independent research and development,designed and implemented the transport public basic data management and service system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Analysising data of each business system existing in the field of transportation,determining basic data types for public basic data management and service system management.Providing the design scheme of the system and the database table structure for each type of public basic data.(2)In order to realize the sharing and synchronization of public basic data among different business systems,proposing a kind of topic data sharing mechanism based on ActiveMQ.(3)Realizing the public basic data management and service system by combining the system design scheme and the topic data sharing mechanism.
