Design And Implementation Of Meeting Room Management Module Based On.NET Platform

With the rapid development of the enterprise,companies need to manage more resources,such as the personnel management,equipment management,organizational management,knowledge management,library management,conference room management.The efficiency of the existing management is relatively low.Information construction in the current context of how to effectively use the advantages of information technology,control a large number of resources is a new challenge.This paper takes one enterprise as an example,introduces the analysis,design and realization of the meeting room management system for this enterprise based on.NET platform.First,we make system analysis of the meeting room management system from demand,business procedure and function.Second,we do code design,database design for the meeting room management system.Third,the system is implemented with.NET and SQL Server 2005 DBMS.The user case chart,data flow chart and sequence chart are used in the system analyze and design.The system makes use of.NET to realize the database access and the interface of the user.Some test cases are used to test the meeting room management system.The results show that the function and performance have meet the design requirement.The system has been actually used with a good condition.
