Design And Implementation Of The Public Security Organ Meeting Affairs Management Information System

The work of public security is an important part of the national economy and social development. It is an important guarantee to the development of the socialist market economy. And also it is related the safety of people’s lives and property and on national social stability. Because of the particularity of public security work, it is difficult to achieve timely and efficient for the meeting, such as held the meeting, communication and implement. Whether the respond to emergencies is efficient, it is related to meeting decision-making by public security department. The particularity of public security working is different from other government department in the process of meeting management. Most of our meeting management is still by manual operation. It will lead to low working efficiency, mistake and not easy to manage. And also waste a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources.Combining with the actual work of meeting management system by other province public security bureau and based on analysis of a large number of international and domestic researches, we have initially completed the design of the conference service system in this thesis. The system is developed by using Visual Studio2013and using SQL Server2013to develop database. The system is which can be run on the network environment and easy to operate.The main functions of this system are user management, meeting room management, meeting management, meeting application management, meeting search management, the user of meeting management and other information management. This system can help us to implement the meeting affairs management as following:1. The system can help us make all meeting information are consistency and reduce the complex of meeting information collection and meeting management.2. It also makes the operations of the meeting creation, meeting notice sending and meeting information searching become reliable and convenient.3. And also it will help us to set up a unified database to improve the safety of information storage and reduce the amount of paper files management. And also reduce the conflict which maybe occurs during the meeting operation. The system can meet the needs of public security work at present stage and reduces the unnecessary intermediate links of meeting to improve working efficiency.
