In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards of residents and the gradual increase in the number of cars,the problem of parking difficulties has become increasingly serious.The parking quantity of Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau is seriously inconsistent with the parking demand.Scientific and standardized parking management are very important.At present,the parking management of Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau still adopts manual mode.A stand-alone computer is installed in entrance and exit of the parking lot.The computer is equipped with a simple toll timing management software.Whenever a vehicle enters or exits,it needs to record the information of the vehicle entrance and exit manually.At the same time,manpower is needed to guide parking after vehicle entering the parking lot,so the parking status in the parking lot can not be counted in real time.The remaining parking spaces in the parking lot can only be judged by manual recording and prediction.This management mode is not only inefficient in management,but also unable to meet actual business needs.Therefore,how to improve the automation and informatization of parking lot management has become a top priority in the parking lot construction of Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau.Aiming at the difficult problem of parking lot management in Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau,this paper puts forward a project to establish a parking lot management system based on RFID technology by using current software technology,sensing technology,automatic control and communication technology.Firstly,the literature and key development technologies of parking management are systematically studied.Then the status of parking management in Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau is investigated.Finally,combined with the status of parking management,the requirements of the system are analyzed,and the detailed design,implementation and testing of the system are completed.On the basis of perfect hardware infrastructure,the system uses J2 EE technology based on B/S architecture to construct,introduces RFID technology to realize the non-contact identification of vehicle information,and uses Dijkstra algorithm to realize the optimal guidance of parking space.The system mainly realizes the functions of system management,vehicle card management,parking management,statistical management and so on.It aims to help the parking management personnel to manage the basic information of vehicle entry and exit,charging information,parking information and vehicle card information in a unified and standardized way,so as to realize the parking management of foreign or fixed vehicles easily.Through this research,the parking lot traffic rate can be increased quickly and efficiently,the congestion of vehicles can be reduced,the parking space resources can be rationally optimized,and the labor cost can be saved.The work efficiency and service quality of the parking management personnel in Panzhihua Electric Power Bureau will be improved comprehensively,and the intelligent and scientific management of the parking lot in the enterprise will be realized.
