As one of the most valuable and potential technique,intelligent parking management hasbacame a hot topic for lots of researchers once again after the emergency of a series of newtechnologies(intelligent,network and so on). Aiming at the current problems which includinginefficient management, single structure and low intelligent, intelligent parking managementmainly towards to intelligent, low energy consumption, network-based, low-pollution.Thereare much developing space in China for both technique and theory.The system adopted that it manage each parking area though central service managementsystem. It shared multiple parking information each other, integration charges,unifiedmanagemen and remote monitoring.Besides,it was managed vehicle information by doubleinsurance of license plate recognition and tag identification.In addition,it achieved levelmanagement for different user groups,no parking charges and record information efficiently,thereby improving system efficiency;Based on the research of RFID technologies and numerous anti-collisionalgorithm.Finaly,the system choosed the UHF RFID6803chip and used the pure Alohaalgorithm that thinking is simple, easy to implement, and selected the best backoff time withthe simulation software of OPENET;Due to the environment of the embedded devices used, the low-cost and low-powerconsumption design are used for circuit design, so that the system has strong anti-interferenceability.The microprocessor core S3C2440of Samsung’s ARM9is selected as the control coreof the system. The hardware circuit is modular in design, which completed design andimplementation of the network communication, radio frequency identification, imageacquisition, wireless WIFI function module.At the same time, based on the above hardwareenvironment,the real-time operating system choiced the embedded Linux,And build across-compiler environment for embedded design.It designed and ported Linux operating system on arm9,which completed Linux kernel that choiced by custom and transplantedassociated kernel driver. system is developed on the Qt4platform which mainly contains thefunctional modules such as application software and UI design.The test results show that the intelligent parking management systems reaches the designrequirements of the functional indicators and technical indicators, which has high stability,real timeliness, low-cost, network-based, low power consumption, intelligence and so on. Itwell compensated for the lack of the existing vehicle management system and has greatsignificance and reference value in the actual application.
